The terrain as the video was leaving Fargo is more like what we see in the movie. Could be country around Amarillo TX actually.

The cops escorting the trucks though is chilling. We used to get serious flooding in Kansas when we would get a six inch frog strangler in an hour or two. Sometimes there was time to sandbag. Sometimes not.

But they're nasty things.
