To me anyone who says that a crime happened when it really didn't should most definitely not get away with it because they only make it harder to get those who really are guilty.

Fair enough.
She needs psychiatric help...and not in a prison.

Maybe this is the first time she's done this...maybe not.

It is almost impossible to hold anyone in psych care for more then a few days. NO ONE wants to pay for that care. If she has insurance they won't want to pay, the city won't want to pay and the State sure as hell won't want to pay.

Thanks to wishy washy liberal feel good policies, yes some happened during Reagan's years to he did not control congress, no one can be held without almost a court order. And Judges are not likely to commit someone for this crime.
