Ex-State Dept. Official Says Hillary's Sloppy Emails Blew THESE Operations

Doesn't the espionage act dictate that she should be sentenced, regardless whether information got our or not?

Westie is a wing-nut and has no credibility.
And the number of TBs in your HDD has nothing to do with download speed, so you obviously know nothing about servers.
The TB's are my storage ability. I can do 150 in gigs. Hell I have to that IS the max speed in the P.I.
They have faster internet than we do. Now grow the f#ck up.
For the 150 Gbps download speed you stupidly claim you would need a bandwidth of 1,200,000 Mbps.
I run a roof mount 110 powered cone, just like the local banks.

Imagine downloading a 1GB movie in about 0.2 milliseconds. That could very well be a possibility after a team of researchers at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), were able to transmit 43 terabits (Tb) per second over a single optical fiber with just one laser transmitter.

To give you a better idea of the speeds here, 43Tbps equals a transfer rate of around 5.4 TB per second, somewhere around 5,300 GBs. We won’t fault you for reading that sentence twice. In contrast, the previous record was 26 terabits per second set by Germany’s Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in 2011.
Download 1GB in 0.2 milliseconds with world's fastest 43Tbps Internet connection – Tech2

I spend per month as much as most people do paying for their cars. I logged over 5,000 hours on the net last year. I AM a paid poster on many sites for money. But this is home. So you talk your shit to someone else.
You don't have anything close to that speed, which exists in a lab only. And even if the hackers had a pipe that big, they would be limited by the size of Clinton's bandwidth.
You are an even bigger BS artist than Trump!
If you knew ANYTHING about hacking you would now you CAN re-configure ALL of a computers power and ability to do nothing but transmit. I have a cousin who works at NASA constantly turning my computer on.

Or you can get a hold of Sonny Clark HERE and he can re-configure your computer from his home while you watch.
YOU FUCKIN IDIOT.
Again, it can't transmit more than than the pipe it is moving through can carry. :asshole:

Doesn't the espionage act dictate that she should be sentenced, regardless whether information got our or not?
No.
"
Under the Obama administration, seven Espionage Act prosecutions have been related not to traditional espionage but to either withholding information or communicating with members of the media. Out of a total eleven prosecutions under the Espionage Act against government officials accused of providing classified information to the media, seven have occurred since Obama took office.[89] "Leaks related to national security can put people at risk," the President said at a news conference in 2013. "They can put men and women in uniform that I've sent into the battlefield at risk. I don't think the American people would expect me, as commander in chief, not to be concerned about information that might compromise their missions or might get them killed."[90]

Jeffrey Alexander Sterling, a former CIA agent was indicted under the Act in January 2011 for alleged unauthorized disclosure of national defense information to James Risen, a New York Times reporter, in 2003 regarding his book State of War. The indictment described his motive as revenge for the CIA's refusal to allow him to publish his memoirs and its refusal to settle his racial discrimination lawsuit against the Agency. Others have described him as telling Risen about a backfired CIA plot against Iran in the 1990s.[91]

In April 2010, Thomas Andrews Drake, an official with the National Security Agency (NSA), was indicted under 18 U.S.C. § 793(e) for alleged willful retention of national defense information. The case arose from investigations into his communications with Siobhan Gorman of the Baltimore Sun and Diane Roark of the House Intelligence Committee as part of his attempt to blow the whistle on several issues including the NSA's Trailblazer project.[92][93][94][95][96] Considering the prosecution of Drake, investigative journalist Jane Mayer wrote that "Because reporters often retain unauthorized defense documents, Drake's conviction would establish a legal precedent making it possible to prosecute journalists as spies."[97]

Bradley (Later Chelsea) Manning, US Army Private First Class convicted in July 2013 on six counts of violating the Espionage Act.[98]
In May 2010, Shamai K. Leibowitz, a translator for the FBI, admitted sharing information with a blogger and pleaded guilty under 18 U.S.C. § 798(a)(3) to one count of disclosure of classified information. As part of a plea bargain, he was sentenced to 20 months in prison.[99][100]

In August 2010, Stephen Jin-Woo Kim, a contractor for the State Department and a specialist in nuclear proliferation, was indicted under 18 U.S.C. § 793(d) for alleged disclosure in June 2009 of national defense information to reporter James Rosen of Fox News, related to North Korea's plans to test a nuclear weapon.[101][102]

In 2010, Chelsea (formerly Bradley) Manning, the United States Army Private First Class accused of the largest leak of state secrets in U.S. history, was charged under Article 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which incorporates parts of the Espionage Act 18 U.S.C. § 793(e). At the time, critics worried that the broad language of the Act could make news organizations, and anyone who reported, printed or disseminated information from WikiLeaks, subject to prosecution, although former prosecutors pushed back, citing Supreme Court precedent expanding First Amendment protections.[103] On July 30, 2013, following a judge-only trial by court-martial lasting eight weeks, Army judge Colonel Denise Lind convicted Manning on six counts of violating the Espionage Act, among other infractions.[98]

In January 2012, John Kiriakou, former CIA officer and later Democratic staffer on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, was charged under the Act with leaking information to journalists about the identity of undercover agents, including one who was allegedly involved in waterboarding interrogations of al-Qaeda logistics chief Abu Zubaydah.[104][105] Kiriakou is alleged to have also disclosed an investigative technique used to capture Zubaydah in Pakistan in 2002.[106]

In June 2013, Edward Snowden was charged under the Espionage Act after releasing documents exposing the NSA's PRISMSurveillance Program. Specifically, he was charged with "unauthorized communication of national defense information" and "willful communication of classified intelligence with an unauthorized person".[107]

Doesn't the espionage act dictate that she should be sentenced, regardless whether information got our or not?

“Section 793 of the Penal Code, Subsection (f)...is what Hillary Clinton has to worry about,” nationally syndicated radio show host Staff Mark Levin said on his Wednesday broadcast during a legal analysis of Clinton’s use of a private server while she was secretary of state.

“My point is when you set up an unsecured server in your barn adjacent to your home in Chappaqua, New York, you have intentionally – forget about negligence – you have intentionally bypassed the security process for that server,” said Levin, a former chief of staff at the Justice Department."

Mock Lyin', you can't be serious. But you are stupid enough to be serious.

Do you think she should be above the law?

I take that question back, of course you do as a regressive... Rules should only be for the people stupid enough to follow them.

You just stated that 'you can't be serious that the law was broken', and now you have no clue what we are talking about?

Not surprised that you have no clue, but still act as if it was the surest thing.

No I said you can't be serious citing Mock Lyin' as a credible unbiased source.
And to simplify, asking "what law" means no law was broken, so what law was she "above?"

They WERE hacked a total of four times. The IG report is just hitting the net. Got it here..
Clinton News Breaking!
None of the 4 attacks on her server resulted in a successful hack, but you knew that already.
Ah, yeah they did. Anytime you have to cut power via switch or unplugging they ARE in. Save your bullsh#t for someone else.
I OWN a site AND a server. My tower holds 8 terrabytes and that alone is enough to run a 400 member board.

When you have to power off its been hacked.
Of you are taking no chances. Nothing can get out if you are powered down, so you have no proof anything got out.

The fact remains getting rid of Johnson resulted in mission success while Clinton was still SoS and using the same server.
Johnson clearly was the leak.
They powered down because of the attack okay stupid? Now with my personal server running just eight terrabytes I can download 150 gigs per second. You have any idea how many emails could fit in one gig idiot? You have no clue what you are talking about.

To quote a MOD here on the VERY subject who KNOWS their shit.

"You're not very tech saavy are you? Here's the deal silly person, when the last resort is to pull the plug on your server, you have already been hacked. They are fully inside and harvesting data. Before you make a complete ass of yourself next time (you're too late this time) i suggest you do some basic research. We all understand that no matter what crime hitlery commits you will still vote for her. But don't ever call us what you very clearly are, an ignorant moron."

That quote is from westwall . YOUR country HAS been compromised. And their is NO WAY around it. Now grow the f#ck up and face the truth.

Hi edthecynic and DarkFury regardless of actual hacking, it was already posted on another thread the exact memo issued by the govt, stating clearly that already 4 emails had been confirmed that contained such classified level information they should never have been sent by private server. That is enough grounds to argue Clinton was remiss in her duty and judgment as Secretary of State. It was noted that was not the final number but a confirmed number out of a select sampling of emails. It's enough to make the point since govt confirmed at least 4 were classified. Even if these were declared so after the fact, their contents was clear enough they should have been treated classified at the time. So this shows either disregard for security or incompetence and negligence. Trying to play it down and excuse it makes it look worse. Do we really need more ppl in govt. willing to sacrifice the security of others for the sake of their political image.
