There was an anti-Hillary faction inside the FBI.

They were based in NYC and they read this book by some crackpot Hillary hater filled with wild conspiracy theories. After the Weiner emails, they went to Comey and told him about all this evidence they had against Hillary. They convinced him that he better cover his ass now, because if the bombshell drops after the election... so Comey broke protocol to cover his ass. Only this weird little faction in the NY office forgot to mention most of their "evidence" was from this fictional book... not the Weiner emails. This is all true. That's what got the Dems so riled. Comey had been played by his own people. He was a pawn.

But you can look at it another way -- had Bill Clinton never met with the AG on that runway, she would have not recused herself and the Comey would have stuck to protocol.

What the Clinton Campaign and Trump Campaign internal polls both show is that Hillary's numbers took a hit with every Russian leaking of emails, but the numbers dropped off a cliff when Comely implied there was something big in the Wiener emails. Both campaigns saw this. 10 days out. No time to recover. Only an idiot wouldn't say there was planning and coordination behind the scenes. But most Trump supporters are idiots.
