I saw the new version of "Death Wish," this last weekend. It was an okay movie, not great, just well made.....and it shows that Eli Roth is finally maturing as a director. He made his name with the childish "Hostel" movies and with this movie, I think he deserves a chance to do more directing of main stream movies.
Bruce Willis was a bad choice for the lead.....I think he could have used Steve Carell...... that would have made the move from regular guy to vigilante more interesting...Bruce Willis is to well known for his action roles.....
