Well in the real world if that's what you want to call it there have been multiple issues going on with women being unable to get pregnant. And there are multiple issues going on with men as well.
Could it ever happen, well when you are not a zombie stuck in the idiot box there is every possibility it could be pulled off we'll start with what most sheep deny, take vaccines if the Gov. were to force every person to get vaccinated there yah go. and by forced since most sheep can't comprehend that term it also means being blackmailed. If you don't get your shot you can't go to school, if you don't get your shot you can't work, if you don't get your shot you can't get your food stamps. Do you see how a large population can be " FORCED" into doing what ordered too.
The reason vaccines are being used as an example is because there are vaccines that are DNA targeted. but hey trendy's wtf needs history right .........
