It is unlikely it has anything whatever to do with the number of children she has borne. There's nothing that says that giving birth somehow makes it less likely you will carry a child to term.

Many people have only one child and have a child with birth defects.

Nope, they're entirely self sufficient.

And their family is lovely. Not a Lindsay or a Luissa in the whole bunch.
