Every week it's something with this man and his comrades to throw us and our country into CHOAS. Two weeks ago, the borders AND illegal immigration, this week they make a big deal over some kid nobody knows and how he was shot while out running around in the middle of RIOT. We haven't a minuets PEACE with him in office and his LAPDOG PRAVDA media is right there humping his leg to push IT on us. I wish the people would FINALLY start paying attention and say ENOUGH of this thuggish actions

Obama Pushes for UN “Climate” Rules Without Congress
The agreement would skirt the US Senate.
The New York Times reported:
The Obama administration is working to forge a sweeping international climate change agreement to compel nations to cut their planet-warming fossil fuel emissions, but without ratification from Congress.
In preparation for this agreement, to be signed at a United Nations summit meeting in 2015 in Paris, the negotiators are meeting with diplomats from other countries to broker a deal to commit some of the world’s largest economies to enact laws to reduce their carbon pollution. But under the Constitution, a president may enter into a legally binding treaty only if it is approved by a two-thirds majority of the Senate.
To sidestep that requirement, President Obama’s climate negotiators are devising what they call a “politically binding” deal that would “name and shame” countries into cutting their emissions.
The deal is likely to face strong objections from Republicans on Capitol Hill and from poor countries around the world, but negotiators say it may be the only realistic path.
“If you want a deal that includes all the major emitters, including the U.S., you cannot realistically pursue a legally binding treaty at this time,” said Paul Bledsoe, a top climate change official in the Clinton administration who works closely with the Obama White House on international climate change policy.
Lawmakers in both parties on Capitol Hill say there is no chance that the currently gridlocked Senate will ratify a climate change treaty in the near future, especially in a political environment where many Republican lawmakers remain skeptical of the established science of human-caused global warming.
Only a hardcore liberal would believe a “name and shame” program would actually result in reduced emissions.

Such an act would be illegal and certainly such an overreach that it TOO, along with his other illegal acts, be impeachable. Since it is illegal, no subsequent president would be bound by such a treaty and could deny it and disregard it.

Why would Congress need to ratify a UN directive?
Why would the President, Congress and Americans ACCEPT a UN "directive"?

Came in to post this until I saw Ravis' post:
Did you guys see that Baseball game last night? The guy took that stick and hit that ball over the fence. It was amazing and beautiful! At least that's what that Sports guy on TV said.

How about answering my question?

Who the fuck needs a Do Nothing Congress?

Go get em Obama!

Make Congress try to stop you

How about answering my question?
I did.

Why would Americans ACCEPT a UN "Directive"?

Why would Ravi?

I wouldn't. F*Ck the UN. America has a Constitution. Let the UN invade and take us over THEN they can tell us what to do.

Unless of course, we have Traitors in the White House and Congress willing to just let them in.

No you didn't. The USA doesn't have to follow UN directives. Now how about answering my question.

The UN is awesome when Bush uses it to invade the wrong country.
The UN was never "awesome", The UN has always been a parasite, without American money the UN would just fade away. I can't think of a more worthless organization.

It's about wealth concentrations.

Heard about it on NPR. Socialists in the UN want to fleece the wealth from countries like the United States and distribute it to poorer nations that have been under the thumb of American colonialists. It's part of the revolution Obama spoke of while at Harvard. It all sounded so cool and popular back then, but most of those kids who applauded it are the targets of this legalized theft by socialists and statists.

The UN is awesome when Bush uses it to invade the wrong country.

The UN did not authorize Bush to invade Iraq. Bush made that decision on his own

So what? If Barry does something this foolish we just ignore the directive in the future, just like countries that ignore UN resolutions. And if the UN doesn't like it, fuck 'em. They can always pull up roots and find some other sucker country to host them and pay most of their bills.

Our President gets to enforce these UN resolutions through the EPA rules and regulations

Conservatives can repeal those regulations if they ever get control of the White House again
