Actually, I'm registered Republican at the moment. I identify as an independent, but registered with the GOP to support Ron Paul in the primaries back in the 2008 presidential campaign. Again, this is all public record and has been divulged in multiple locations in this board.

The constitution is STILL flawed and Amendments XI-XXVII are all flawed.

If they believe it is flawed then they need to change it under the amendment process like the law says they have to do, instead of judicial activist judges just making up their own laws instead. The founders knew it was not a perfect document, that is why they added the amendment process in it so that future generations could tweak it.

Both of our parties will use activist judges as long as they are activist on their side. Other than that I think we agree.
