You do see the words "Civil Union" right there in front of you, don't you Dillo? Don't you think that's fair?

yes honey---I see it. I've always been pro civil-unions but many gay people want more so I'm suggesting getting "united" in ADDITION to having a civil union.

Let the religious opposition change the name of their rituals and covenants to whatever they like if they can't share use of the word "marriage". They all have different rituals and covenants anyway. The State is more practical and uniform in how it uses the term.

Why are some religious people so whiney and unwilling to share? It it the 11th Commandment or something?
