If this plaintiff can actually PROVE that there was no fraud in the Biden campaign and the news sources in question knew that- sure he might collect something if he can prove damages.

But personally, I don't see it.

All he has to prove is that the software works as intended and that there was never any evidence that it did not. OAN won’t be able to point to a single data point suggesting otherwise Nor can they point to anytime having information that it did not work.
