Domestic Violence Group Asks NASCAR to Take Tougher Stance - ABC News

No charges are pending, the DA will not prosecute, and it's a case of he said/she said, yet that's not enough for a domestic violence group.

I hate men who hit women, or men who badmouth women, I have 3 daughters and would kill for them in a heartbeat, and if Kurt Busch was found guilty of hitting a woman, I would have no problem with him being gone from Nascar forever, however, there is not enough evidence to even prosecute, so why won't people just let this one drop?
