It is all about fraud .

Republican party fraud that includes keeping legal voters from voting so they can win elections

Those were some of the dumbest fucking comics I have ever seen. But leave it to morons who think its racist to enforce id laws but not racist to think blacks, latino's etc are not capable of getting id.

dear fucking idiot,

all the facts show they are going to keep voters from voting.

They were rushed into being BEFORE the elections for just that purpose

There isnt even enough time for the people to get them so they can vote.

Why did the republicans do that?

The doj and obama admin have been fighting these laws for years. We must have id to buy beer and ciggs etc so why not vote? It just shows who you are and that you are allowed to vote. Very simple.

The Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Justice Department has opened an investigation of Pennsylvania's new voter ID law, asking the Corbett administration to document its repeated claims that 99 percent of the state's voters have the photo identification they will need to vote in November.

In a letter delivered Monday to Secretary of the Commonwealth Carol Aichele, the Justice Department sought a series of databases and other records that have raised questions about the number of registered voters with proper ID, and left county election boards and the public bewildered about the impact of the new voting requirements.

The Justice Department said it needed the information "so that we may properly evaluate Pennsylvania's compliance with Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act and other federal voting-rights laws."

That section of federal law prohibits laws or practices that discriminate against any citizen because of race, color, or language.

U.S. investigation of Pa.'s new voter ID law

The following from J. Christian Adam's book, "Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department"

"1. I testified under oath that pervasive and open hostility exists within the Justice Department towards race-neutral enforcement of voting rights laws….the Justice Department’s unwillingness to enforce voting laws equally and in a racially fair way.

2. Not only has the Department never lodged an objection under Section 5 to a plan which discriminates against a white minority, they don’t even conduct the analysis. The DOJ will not be able to produce a single document over the 45-year history of the Voting Rights Act where the bureaucrats even considered this possibility."

One can only sit on the edge of one's seat awaiting the decisions!

Wouldn't you expect a fully corrupt DOJ to do just what they are doing? It's one of the reasons that this regime has to be replaced in its entirety starting with the head of this stinking fish.

Sure is funny how the ID Law and voting hours ( open longer in Ohio in the Republican leaning districts) are only happening in the Swing States.. Freakin Corrupt Right Wingers trying to use their government power to cheat...

Holder is trying to stop the law because there are more voters without ID's than the margin by which Obama won. Has nothing to do with protecting voters but rather protecting Obama.

Such a corrupt DOJ

You got that right - Obama and Holder want illegals and dead people voting for Obama as much as possible and often..

Obama and democrats in general know how they win - that's why they're opposed to such a logical law...

They don't want to lose the fraudulent vote......

Funny how non democrats/progressives support this law entirely - it really tells you a lot about the voting bases and who each side relies on....

So protecting voters from onerous laws is bad.

You people are so brain twisted you cant think straight

let's see...two black panthers.....vs....this shit. Don't get me wrong...all of it is bad, wrong and should be weeded out. But why is it that Conservatives continually bleat about those two guys... but apparently don't give a shit about these incidents of voter intimidation....

Voter Intimidation At McDonald's: Employees Told That, Unless Republicans Win, They Won't Get Raises Or Benefits

Really a fucking phone call????

That's a lot different from a bunch of militants standing outside a door holding billy clubs and threatening white people.... Not only what the Black Panthers did was voter intimidation but it was also blatantly racist - funny how progressives don't have a problem with that....

If my dog votes democrat it's legal, but if she votes for a republican it's voter fraud.

Who investigates the investigator? We must be the laughing stock of the world when the Attorney General is accused of contempt of congress for refusing to hand over documents related to the illegal shipment of 3,000 weapons to Mexico resulting in the manslaughter of perhaps hundreds of Mex citizens and a US Border Patrol officer. Now the same "justice" dept is expending all it's resources in a law suit challenging a voter I.D. law that has been upheld by a federal judge.
