DACA eligible greencards must:
stay in this country until they get a US passport or a foreign passport with a proper visa to return to this country.
They must register within a relatively short period of time and make regular meetings with their INS case officer and not knowingly make false statements while registering or at their case meetings on pain of deportation.
One felony prior to gaining citizenship is a quick path to more or less automatic deportation.
They must not accept welfare payments if done so inadvertently there may be some loopholes but not many.
How many DACAs do you think are going to make it through that?
