I think we have a higher percentage of Nazis than Germany. No swastikas, just red hats. Some of them wore shirts reading 6MWE (6 million weren`t enough).
I hate to burst your bubble, but the Nazis were the (National SOCIALIST German Workers Party). Under their Socialist agenda, they took charge of the means of production and their people's lives. Russia's Stalin sent Hitler a congratulatory letter on his political win. What he didn't realize was that Hitler was also a megalomaniac who believed the Aryan race was superior to all others and had plans to rule the world.
The only Nazis in the United States are the racist Nazis that actually wear the uniform and the skinheads.
The MAGAs believe in governmental fiscal responsibility, less government in our personal lives and states rights. Oh, and unlike the leftists, they believe that the U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights is the supreme law of the land, unlike the pro-socialist/Marxist party that is currently in power. They are constantly trying to undermine the Constitution.

NO

Even in the `1930s, most Germans were surely not Nazis.

They were just people who were terrified by the bleak economic conditions, and so they thought Hitler (who wore regular suits before he went crazy) might improve conditions.

And don't forget: the majority never voted for the Nazis.

The only reason he became chancellor was that the old mentally confused president decided to let him form a government.

And, of course, the majority of Germans never believed all that talk about how much he disliked people of a certain religious group. They thought that it was just talk.

And when he established a dictatorship, no one (except a few) dared opposed him.

States rights? I hate to burst your little snot bubble but slavery isn`t coming back. The Civil War was fought over the right to own human beings but you lost. Yes, I too want the government to quit spending money on things that don`t help ME. The MAGAS are white male supremacists. There were very few women in their riot and one chose suicide by cop. Another one is from my neck of the woods and in true MAGA fashion, she has no husband, no job and 8 kids. She hated the government who fed her and her kids that are doomed to a future that isn`t bright. She has 57 months in jail to think about it.

Stupid question. Do you think all or most Americans want slavery to be reinstated?

I don't think so, but it's pretty much the same type of question as the op.
