Do You Know The Rules?

I realize that this question is plagiarized from a post I made in another thread, but I'm curious enough to ask in a new one...

Government is supposed to be the difference between 'cut-throat' capitalism and a peaceful free market. Rule of law is the tool it uses. Does anyone on this board actually know all the rules for where they live at this moment? Does anyone know all the codes and rules for their tax bracket? Does it matter?

I have to admit that I don't... fortunately common sense and discretion have managed to keep my name off of any warrants.

My tax bracket is some enemic -- damn it! -- that I actually do know all the rules of the IRS regarding how to file.

I'd gladly go back to being mytified enough to need an accountant though.
