1) Pay a woman to have sex, even record yourself paying her. - That is a crime and you will go to jail.
2) Pay a woman to have sex, even record yourself paying her - BUT - put a camera in the room and stream it live...and it is not illegal. That is Porn.

I vote yes because if they outlaw women giving men HJ's and not men giving men HJ's or men giving women HJ's or women giving women HJ's then clearly it discriminates on gender and sexual preference.
