More than 43.7 million immigrants resided in the United States in 2016, accounting for 13.5 percent
of the total U.S. population of 323.1 million, according to American Community Survey (ACS) data.

Between 2015 and 2016, the foreign-born population increased by about 449,000, or 1 percent, a rate slower than the 2.1 percent growth experienced between 2014 and 2015.

Immigrants and their U.S.-born children now number approximately 86.4 million people,
or 27 percent of the overall U.S. population, according to the 2017 Current Population Survey (CPS).

Frequently Requested Statistics on Immigrants and Immigration in the United States

With more than a quarter of the US population considered Legal immigrants why would you believe a party that advocates ILLEGAL immigration? Why would you believe the MSM when they call you and the other 86 million as "anti-immigrant"?

This is what many on this board and millions of Americans don't seem to comprehend.
While you are supposedly empathic to the "DACA" issue you are actually insulting over 86 million Americans.
Is it then any wonder that :
A) The Dems will once again be the losing party in 2018 by calling not only 86 million immigrant Americans but
all the rest of us that believe in legal immigration as "anti-immigrant"!
B) The MSM continued diminishing credibility by the general public is further enhance when you have the vast
majority of MSM forgetting that simple adjective "anti-illegal-immigrants"!
