Reading through many of these threads it strikes me as somewhat peculiar to see so many self-identified republicans hoping (even praying) that Obama fails miserably and that America is befallen by an economic catastrophe of never-before-seen epic proportions. Isn't the only logical conclusion that they must hate America? What other reason could they have to so desperately hope for Americans to suffer more than we've ever suffered before?

You also call EVERYONE you disagree with (only a few exceptions) of being liberal even when they have made it clear they are not, and you will even argue with someone who has admitted to being liberal even when they agree with you ... hmm ... sounds more partisan to me. The few shots that were not of wingnuts had a valid complaint ... the recount was fishy and there wasn't enough coverage in the media to calm fears. So your video proves nothing.

Given a choice between a year long depression or a permanent recession under socialism, i will take the depression ANY day as would MOST Americans. I do believe Obama's policies so far will fail. They really have no chance. He's going to have to change course and pretty much remove the entire tax burden for corporate America and eliminate capital gains taxes, entirely before he even has a chance.

Third, I am doing something about it...
