Did any other POTUS election losers CRY so uncontrollably that they couldn't give concession speech?

There have now been 45 CANDIDATES that have had to concede that they lost the POTUS election.

Do we have any other reports of the losing POTUS candidate crying so much that they had to give the concession speech the next day?

If not, it tells me she was NOT FIT to be POTUS.

I wonder if McCain WEPT UNCONTROLLABLY when he lost.
