We don't enforce laws on employers that are felonies, what makes you think we would enforce them on the employee's?
Besides, we would never fund all the prisons this would take.
So a non workable solution is not a solution at all.
One issue is that you may not understand the "laws"
In a sanctuary city (State) if an illegal alien applies for work. you run their social security number, like everyone else - if it comes back bogus you are required to simply put that notification in their employment file.
You are not allowed to proceed any farther or deny them employment due to their immigration status.
