It would appear that way. Voter ID laws are making it harder for them to cheat so what better way to get more votes than to legalize a bunch of illegals?

2016 must have been a real shock to the Dems. Even though they thought they had it all sewn up and massed as many illegals as they could to fraudulently vote, they still lost the election.
