The Democrat run shitholes released prisoners, packed everybody into subways, encouraged people to not use masks, and they built herd immunity. Granted, they did arrest a few people for walking in the park, except those people were defying government authority. In New York city, they have already infected 21% of the population.

Set criminals free and mandate masks, while police is busy over policing correct social distancing.
