This means any Republican attorney general is at high risk of an ethics complaint unless he represents no challenge to Democrat priorities.

No. Nobody has faced any challenges just for representing right wingers. They are facing challenges for behaving in ways that lawyers aren't allowed to behave. Perhaps they are being watched more closely than they are used to, but if they behave ethically, they have nothing to fear. There is nothing morally, ethically, or legally wrong with keeping an eye on your opponent's actions, and pointing out when they do something wrong.

I've read this article three times now and I still have no idea what the underlying issue is. This is EXACTLY the reason you don't quote alt-right sources. You never get the whole story. Just the bits and pieces designed to spin you into outrage. I'm not sure how Democrats could control anything in secret in an absolutely blood red state like Indiana. The only way that would be possible is if Republicans gave them the green light to do it...which the article never explicitly states but makes mention of it in the title. Why would they do this? As far as Rotika goes, red state AG's have a habit of using their positions to advance political and social agendas (see the scumbag Paxton in TX). Nothing wrong with a little oversight.

I also don't think it has any bearing on the RICO case.

Now if Willis was the AG and Wade was a defense attorney on the RICO case? Ya, that wouldn't fly. But two members of the same prosecutor team boinking? No bearing on the case.

Its steadily coming out that Nathan Wade and Fani Willis are lying their asses off under oath in a court of law.

They are the ones that brought this case and they've shown themselves as completely untrustworthy (and really stupid, but I digress). If you think that has no bearing on the RICO case you don't understand law and the institutional need for ethics in the application of the law.
