Article claims that 0.5 miles of wall a day are being built. Much of that could be replacing inferior older wall. Funding is in place to construct wall for the next two years, so hundreds of miles of new wall will be built before the 2020 election. The dems are running on "open borders". Good luck with that.

Okay, you feel a press release is ultimate proof, yet we cannot get at the facts, because you want to ignore them. Trump has been replacing miles of obsolete fencing with a new wall, and the MSM totally discounts this fact. We don't know how much new wall has been built because it's difficult to decide what is a fence and what is a wall.
