Yes, Many people voted for Obama simply because he was black but to say that Bush would have done the right thing to get the economy going or that he did not have a lot to do with this massive decline in the economy is pure hack.

8 years Bush could have changed policy that was going to bring on the housing crash but face it, he was riding that bubble and the 4% unemployment you brag about. Without the bubble Bush would have been about the same as Obama, not to mention Bush did stimulus's as well, a useless (bad) war and grew government into HC vastly. Bush is a mini Obama, two horrible presidents back to back.
