Before you scream “fascist pig” you ought to check your facts. You haven’t read the charging document, which has numerous photos of him inside the Capitol. Not that it matters that much but he apparently wore a Confederate Flag on the back of his coat, entering at 3:24 p.m. and exiting some five minutes later.

As he entered well after the breach and there are no reports of him being violent during the fighting or committing destruction inside the Capitol he will probably be convicted of, or plead guilty to, a misdemeanor and get off lightly.
