There was a impeachable offense. Withholding aid to a foreign country to pressure a foreign government to investigate a political rival is impeachable. This is worse than Watergate. Also the fact that the Trump campaign gave campaign information to a individual with ties to Russian Intelligence shows the campaign had no qualms about helping the Russians help Trump. When Giuliani went to Ukraine, he got his information from pro-Russia leaning people.

First, any reasonable person who isn’t drowning in partisanship can see how fishy Hunter’s job with Burisma was. So you have to ask, why did Hunter get paid millions of dollars from a foreign energy company when his only qualification is his last name? Could it be that Burisma, a foreign energy company, wanted access to our VEEP? That is a very credible assumption that at the very least should be investigated.

Constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley declared Speaker Pelosi abused her power, overplayed her hand by delaying sending Articles of Impeachment to the Senate to pressure McConnell for concessions and preserve her self-image as a 'master strategist' - 'IT BACKFIRED!'

McConnell had no reason to give Pelosi anything as she had no leverage, authority, power...and everyone knew it...except Nancy.



Turley stated 'Pelosi pushed impeachment out of "vanity" ' and would pay a "high price" for doing so.'

Claiming the need to immediately remove the President then delaying was an epic blunder that derailed / debunked her own case, exposing the House's Impeachment as dangerously politically partisan:
