Sounds like he won't have any trouble finding defensive linemen then.

First-year Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders was present on Radio Row at Super Bowl LVII last week, and "Prime Time" had a lot to say.
When asked whether recently retired quarterback Tom Brady’s record of seven Super Bowls would ever be broken, Sanders said no one will be willing to make the sacrifices necessary to surpass him.

Of course.

If you want a quarterback you want someone disciplined, able to think on their feet, smart and ambitious. So the likelihood of finding that will be in a man raised by a mom and a dad is drastically increased. It's also the reason there are so many white quarterbacks because your chances of having someone who is smart, thinks fast and is dedicated is going to be a white person.

If you want a defensive lineman you want a thug which will often be someone from a single parent household and be black. They don't need to be smart, they need to be aggressive and strong.

None of that is racist, it's simple observation.
