Decent Denver man being ripped from his wife & kids over archaic immigration policy

Clearly no....they want the money.

Otherwise they would not be so upset with Trump for threatening to take it away.

You people clearly do not understand that if you are removing him from this country his wife and American kids are staying right here.

He is their income flow, meaning you're going to be paying for child support and anything else they need to get by. Since he will be in Mexico--there is no legal way to catch up to him or to force him to pay for child support. Since the American dollar is 22 to 1 against the Peso, there is no way possible he could earn enough money in Mexico to support a family here.

So while you're cheering this on, you're also burning up your wallets at the same time.

So the guy is knowingly living in a country and could be deported, yet he forms a business, he decides to marry and then have kids. So it looks like he made poor decisions and because of his illegal status that he had 14 years to take care, he is now being deported.

Don't do the crime if you can't serve the time.

The guy broke the law, choices have consequences. He probably should of thought about that.

You can rant and rave all day long from here to eternity but that's exactly what he did. You don't seem to understand something.

1. He goes back to Mexico
2. And we get his American kids and wife to support.

So who's really "doing the time here?"--LOL

You're still running with the guilt trip bullshit? Hahaha
His wife and anchor babies were already sucking the welfare tit....Just like most of the cockroaches do. Tell us something we don't know.
BTW...what part of Mexico are you from and how long have you been stealing from taxpayers?

No the article doesn't say that. They were not receiving welfare benefits--he was working, and people who work are not eligible for welfare benefits.

But you can bet his wife and American kids will be eligible for child support when he heads to Mexico. This is something you will be paying for, and to add insult to injury you will not be able to collect from him, because he's in Mexico.

2 kids--around $600 per month or higher, along with medical, dental, etc. etc.

Hmmm....smells like fish.
His "wife's" name is Ana Sauzameda, note the different last name.
If he was married to a US citizen wouldn't he be granted citizenship?
Come on Oreo...stop being a sucker...pull your head from your anus...they were sucking the taxpayer tit and you know it.

U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet has introduced legislation to aid Arturo Hernandez Garcia, who spent nine months living in the basement of a Denver church to avoid deportation and was arrested on Wednesday by immigration officers for removal from the U.S.

“Arturo has been a valued member of our community for nearly two decades,” Bennet said in a written statement. “As a business owner, he has contributed to our economy and has always worked hard to support his family. He should not be a priority for deportation. This is yet another example of this Administration’s misguided immigration policies that do not align with our national priorities and values.”

Colorado immigrant advocates say arrest of Arturo Hernandez Garcia is an affront to sanctuary movement The Colorado Democrat’s office said a private bill for the relief of Hernandez Garcia comes as Bennet has reached out to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and asked for more time in processing his case.

Hernandez Garcia was at work on Wednesday morning when ICE officers detained him unexpectedly. In October 2014, he took refuge in the basement of a Denver church for nine months, returning to his family in July 2015, after ICE sent him letter saying he was no longer an enforcement priority.

“Hernandez Garcia has overstayed his original, six-month visa by nearly 14 years,” ICE spokesman Carl Rusnok said in a written statement Wednesday. “He has exhausted his petitions through the immigration courts and through ICE. He is currently in ICE custody pending his removal.”

A Mexican woman seeking to avoid deportation is taking refuge in a Denver church after U.S. immigration authorities denied her request to remain in the country.

Jeanette Vizguerra (vihz-GEHR'-uh) skipped her scheduled check-in with Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials Wednesday in suburban Centennial. About 100 supporters demonstrated outside the building as her attorney, Hans Meyer, and a minister went inside and was told Vizguerra would not get another extension.

Meyer says the mother of four has been trying to get a visa granted to crime victims and the government has typically given extensions during that lengthy process.

ICE says she is an "enforcement priority" because she has two misdemeanor convictions and a judge had issued a deportation order for her in 2011.

Vizguerra vowed to continue her fight for her children's sakes.

Again the price of justice, America supports many criminal's families. We also have a women on this board that raised her kids without government money. Of course you don't want to hear that people actually can support themselves without a man.

There are not too many women that I know that are financially capable of supporting two kids. And let's face it--CHILD SUPPORT is mandatory in this country regardless of someone's income.

If the father has the kids--the mother will be required to pay for child support--as will the father-if he is away from his kids.

The problem here--is the father is now in Mexico--but that doesn't mean they won't get their child support. That will come from Federal & State programs--who will pay it, and then hunt down the parent in violation (if they're in the states) to pay that amount back.

That's the way it works.

I'm sure his wife will eventually find another guy who is here legally. Someone who makes smarter decisions.

If he is in jail, then no. My daughter doesn't get support from her kids dad, she works and manages. The state does nothing and has played games with her for several years. Let's hope they get the money from the illegal immigrant and if not so be it, she can find a job, just like many capable women do. If she needs assistance then that is the price we pay for a criminal.

Oreo says:
"I want to keep all the illegals rolling in since they are such positive contributors."
Let's briefly chronicle the life of a "dreamer"...haha
Pedro and Guadalupe break in to our country
They drop multiple anchor babies and force American's to pick up the tab
Their anchors get up to 20 years of free schooling (thanks taxpayer)
They receive maximum welfare benefits and housing (thanks taxpayers)
Guadalupe and the anchors get free health care (thanks taxpayer)
They flood emergency rooms at hospitals leaving American's with 6 hour wait times.
Pedro whores himself out and works cash paying jobs for shit money
Guadalupe steals our kids entry level job at McDonalds
They drive uninsured or under insured
They flood our roadways causing ridiculous traffic that affects the quality of life of American's
Pedro drops his trash, couches and old mattresses in open fields
Guadalupe throws dirty diapers on the ground in parking lots and beaches
They only pay taxes on consumables they use cash for....Bud Lights, Raider jerseys, Dodger hats, Tapatio, carne asada, pit bulls, the R.I.P or scorpion sticker on the back window of their cars..etc
Pedro and Guadalupe turn every home and neighborhood they occupy into a total shit hole
Pedro and Guadalupe are ineffective parents in all facets
They allow their young children to walk themselves to school in rough neighborhoods
They tell their families back home how good they have it here and how American's are such suckers...they encourage more to get up here and steal from taxpayers. I think that conversation sounds like this:
"Hey man, you have to send Mariana up here right away...All she has to do is get across the border and have a baby here..it won't cost her a penny...it's all downhill from there homie...you'll get free shit for life...we get more free shit here than American citizens do...hell, American's are fucking suckers; they pay for all my shit including my Bud Lights and pit bulls ese! You don't even have to learn English man...shit, they force their people to learn our Spanish in order to offer us even better services...hahaha...homie you won't believe how stupid these fucking people are...get up here fast ese before someone smart catches on to this shit."

I LOVE MEXICAN ILLEGALS!

I have no idea. I have to prove I never lived, worked or did any business in a state I have never stepped in. Then I have an attorney to handle the IRS, it is a mess and my credit is shot because a state put a lien on my property and it shows on my credit report.

Oreo doesn't give a shit about that, he only cares that a man that has been in our country for 14 years, illegally, gets to stay in the country and gives our laws the finger. Oreo is just plain wrong and uncaring.

Have we turned into Nazi Germany? This is ridiculous.

I just got ripped off by the IRS by some archaic tax laws.

I wonder if there are any sanctuary states out there for tax evaders.

What is it about, WE DON'T CARE!!! ,that you don't understand?

.

I'm sure his wife will eventually find another guy who is here legally. Someone who makes smarter decisions.
They'll be better off when that happens.

There are not too many men out there that are willing to take on someone else's kids LOL. Regardless if she moved in with another man--it doesn't eliminate her eligibility for CHILD SUPPORT from her husband that is in Mexico. To eliminate that eligibilty the new man would have to adopt her children. Why would he do that when they're getting another $600 dollars a month from the taxpayers of this country.

Small amount to pay for getting rid of a criminal.

What is ridiculous is your post. I am a Denver native. It's silly just how these people are being made into victims, when they made bad choices and tried to skirt laws. Laws other immigrants HAVE to follow. I am seeing the Denver metro area turning into a barrio, because of unrestrained and unchecked mexican illegals. So, let's try being a little more balanced on this issue. And breathe into a paper sack before you hyperventilate instead of posting this drek.
