“Helping her, him and going through his subsequent adoption threw us into the underworld of Houston’s homeless community,” Walker says.

“We saw the cycles of poverty that families are trapped in and how many of these homeless moms just can’t care for their babies, have no resources to help them, and the children are suffering so much.”

Abandoned babies are sadly something that have been going on forever. My dad used to work at the bus station in Jolliet IL in the 60'/70's. Found them all of the time in the lockers. Heard about cases when I lived in CA constantly in the late 90's early 2000's. And obviously it's still happening. And how many years have we had legal abortion and government assistance?

It's the people's minds and morality that needs to change.
