They break it down further, showing specific programs withoin each dept. I think some of these depts shouldn't even exist, their functions oughta be at the state level with no national interference.
I would add that whatever money is not spent thus far from the 2009 Stimulus bill oughta be returned to the Treasury. Then I'd go looking for fraud and waste, did you know about one third of EITC payments are fraudulent, and over 10,000 dead people got stimulus checks. Plus there is a lot of fraud in the UE benefits and other payments.
