Interesting the world class athletes coming out of the former Yugoslavia, which includes the countries of both Slovenia and Serbia.

Tennis: World's current #1 player in Grand Slam victories (23) Novak Djokovic is from Serbia

NBA: Current #1 player in the world Nikola Jokic is from Serbia

Cycling: The two best professional cyclists are both from Slovenia and should have another epic duel in the Tour de France next month.

Four people?

Djokivic won the French Open today.

Joker will win the NBA Championship Monday night.

The Tour de France starts next month.

That is not the way to make balanced starements .

Go visit a few of the "emerging" countries and you will see exactly why and how Sport is a way to escape and improve .
Boxing was a great example historically for Blacks and athletics has been similar for some time .

India is now having its first wave of international Hindu athletic stars . Entirely predictable .

As for football . Endless examples .

Nothing really that terribly new here. Eastern Europeans have always been excellent in the world of sport.Ditka, Putski, Yastrzemski, Koloff, etc.
