He would be one of the great justices of all time - right up there with Antonin Scalia. Unfortunately though - Donald Trump is the ultimate authoritarian. He's not going to put someone on the Supreme Court who will uphold and defend the Constitution. He's going to put someone that will answer to him and rubber-stamp his agenda (just like Democrats have been doing for well over 100 years now).

No Hillary supporter is going to vote for Trump. Everyone already has the allegiance and is going to vote that way no matter what (hence the two party system of America).
