While I agree with much of what you say, the bases are not illegal. But I am all for closing them all bringing everyone home.

The bases are there based on the requests of others. They are funded through the military budget. And while there was no formal declaration of war with North Korea, we still went there anyway.

But as we have seen if you are far left you do not need to follow those rules anyway, in the illegal wars of Obama.

I'll tell you something. Some of the biggest promoters of socialism are people whom identify as conservative. Some of the biggest promoters of the concept of government-over-man identify as conservative.
