The modern consumerism culture has opened up dialogue doors for considerations about 'applied law.'

People are thinking more progressively and actively about why a businessman (Donald Trump) would be elected as the American President.

In other words, law in modern times seems more focused on 'class contracts.'

TRUMP: America wanted a financier president!
LAWYER: America needs a capitalism-optimist.
TRUMP: Americans are tired of 'stuffy idealism.'
LAWYER: Americans crave 'intelligent consumerism.'
TRUMP: Americans elected me since I'm a businessman!
LAWYER: Americans want a finance-minded diplomat.
TRUMP: That's because the new geo-political climate is all EU and NATO.
LAWYER: People are hopeful that capitalism can create social consciousness.
TRUMP: Nah, they just want a 'money genius.'
LAWYER: Maybe they also want a 'money guru.'
TRUMP: Money was the basis of the Gulf War.
LAWYER: It may become the basis of WWIII (i.e., World Trade Center).
TRUMP: American people like credit cards --- it's that simple!
LAWYER: Reaganomics clouded people's optimism about consumerism.
TRUMP: We need tax incentives for 'trickle-down-economics'!
LAWYER: We need corporate incentives for eco-consciousness!

Then its interesting why the inland revenue clamps down on bartering.

The dialog in the OP sounds like a first class basket chat to hell.

But Trump is not just a usual American businessman. The usual American businessman is some CEO of some publicly traded corporation, who does nothing but sells off operations and fires people, to maximize his bonus and the shareholder bonus. Trump, though big, operates like a different type of businessman, one that has a direct interest in continuing the operations of his businesses. Ironic, that it was Trump who had the "you are fired" TV show, instead of a typical American businessman.
