Wearing an American flag shirt on Cinco de Mayo is free speech, whether it was intended to offend or not. So is showing up to an NAACP rally in white sheets. For example, the Flag is never to be flown after sundown unless illuminated.
It is never to touch the ground. If so, it should be cleaned if soiled.
It is never to be displayed in an inferior position to State or other symbolic flags. In other words other than beside international flags, it should always be the highest Flag when other flags are present.
I believe the US Flag when displayed to an audience with other flags, the US FLag should be farthest to the right. That is the Flag's right or viewers Left.
