When you've been smoking it for twenty plus years, that's proof it's addictive. The Fed should fine States who allow the illegal use of pot.

.if you can quit with no problems for many years after smoking that long, it aint addictive.....and why should the feds fine states who "allow" its illegal use?....they sure as hell couldnt stop it...maybe the states should fine the feds....
