An accident might have been firing one shot.
This accident was judging that Castile was reaching for the gun. You might not like it, but you haven't said one thing to establish that Yanez committed a crime. rather than an accident. You need malicious intent.
It was a tragic result of a series of well intentioned bad decisions.
Like the hiring of Yanez because he was a minority, rather than the best choice?
The draw and fire mentality, the empty the gun mentality of the police.
That's not just a mentality, that's often their explicit training.
