Cooking: What is more tedious that?

The Kiwi issue.....I halve the kiwi, then I use this spoon, it is a grapefruit spoon and works wonders with a kiwi. I go inside take the fleshy part out usually comes out in one piece.

When I entertain I usually cook for 15 or so people I make dishes to order and take requests.

I have three rules.

1. Stay out of the kitchen I am a big man and I am running like a madman. People bounce off me and get hurt so stay out!

2. When I am making omelets I need brown eggs. They seem to break without a mess. If I have white I guess that is ok too.

3. Do not ask me for my recipe I do not share very easily. Just stuff your face and enjoy...I usually play my guitar and sing when people are eating. My son accompanies me on percussion and sings back up. This holiday season I hope that he will sing lead vocals on a song when we go to the nursing home.
