Considering Switching Providers

I'm a 26 year old male living in New York. As of now I'm enrolled in the silver standard plan for Excellus. Since the monthly premiums for Excellus are rather high I'm considering switching to either MVP or Health Republic. I was curious if anyone here has used MVP or Health Republic, under Obamacare, and if so are you satisfied with the experience. Thanks.

Can't help, I am on Medicare.

The last four times I saw my doc, he typed on a computer, asked questions, never examined my in any way, shape or form, and sent me to another doctor, always a specialist who will not see anyone without a referral.

I am wondering how that is supposed to reduce the cost of medical care.
