Look at what this country has become due to materialism and greed . People talking about divorce settlements it’s all about money. Yeah it is a problem that the divorce laws are uneven miss balance toward men. But there’s also a another discussion at play that is the high divorce rate and it’s effect on society

The fact that half of the marriages in this country end in divorce when back in the 1920s and 1960s divorce was unheard of. And by the 1960s there was massive numbers of women in the workforce of course one can remember during World War II millions of women were working the factory jobs and many held on to their jobs and great things were happening back then.

In why we have more crime today, higher drug rate usage, a smaller middle-class, no strong unions no strong people really like we used to have in the past to take care of business….

The countries become weaker with the rise of Instagram, Facebook, Internet dating. And with a high divorce rate and lower church attendance there is a massive social decline that has been going on in America ….that needs to be reversed and it probably will be reversed quite soon.

People can say what they want about divorce but looking at American history and seeing the divorce rate go higher and higher it has an effect on society. So it’s there whether one likes it or not there is an effect on society.

When he said the law allowed her wife to divorce, it almost seems like he believes the law should not allow that....that maybe it is best that women are not able to initiate a divorce, especially not without the permission of her husband.
