Well that is where you are wrong.

Mark has been leading a charge to have states amend the Constitution under Article V.

Some state legislatures have motioned to do just that.

Of course, this won't happen until things get worse in the US, but from the looks of things that won't be too far off.

Government expands no matter what letter is beside the names of those in power. It's all a shell game.

The issue is that the Federal government has been centralized and has too much power. States need to regain the power that has been subverted from them over the years.
