ALL of the Democrat "victories" in the Federal Courts have been rulings by Obama-appointed judges, and all of them will be appealed, and all of them will be overturned (if not abandoned before final resolution).

Why the MSM gets so excited about the lower court rulings is a puzzle. They know that they will be overturned as soon as they are reviewed by adults.

And BTW, the longer a court ruling is (50 pages plus) the more likely it is total bullshit. What you are reading is the Judge's attempt to turn reality on its head.
