Congress has already disqualified Trump from the ballot

The majority vote of the House was a finding of fact. The vote in the Senate was a majority. Not the 2/3rds required to convict, but more than enough to meet the requirements of Article 14/3 Read the article for god's sake.
Read the 1st amendment.

Stop whining.

So back to reality.

A majority of both chambers of congress voted that trump is an insurrectionist and should be barred from office.

That's kind of a big deal. To normal people.
Oh stop whining you big baby. Congress did no such thing. Liar.

Yes they did dumbass. Good God man, you shouldn't even be posting, when you don't know the basic facts.

Do you even know what thread you are in?
President Trump was found innocent by the Senate. A simple majority in the Senate is meaningless, kinda like your dick.

It does absolve him of 'insurrection'. He was found not guilty. As to the rest, it is still being corrected through the courts.
Nope! A clear and decisive majority... 58 Senators found him guilty, to the 42 that found Trump not guilty.....and at least 10 of the 42 Senators came to the floor to speak saying he was guilty, BUT because the impeachment trial came after Trump had already left office and there was no need to remove him, he was already gone....they voted no. And some other excuses too!

Trump was exonerated in his second 'impeachment'. Therefore this 'opinion' is worthless. In fact it creates the opposite conditions you are claiming in regards to the 14th.
White maga power Al!!!

Meaningless. A simple majority in the Senate in an impeachment is about as meaningful as making love to your hand. Enjoy yourself.

Nope! Not meaningless when it comes to the House and Senate determining whether Trump was responsible for the insurrection and if there was an insurrection at the Capitol on January 6th 2021. A majority in both Houses of Congress voted YES.

THE 2/3s of the senate needed for removal from office in the impeachment process is irrelevant.

So?

The Senate is a political body and not part of the Justice System. It doesn't have the authority to absolve him of his crimes.
Since he hasn’t been charged with, much less convicted of, insurrection, this thread is bullshit.

Meaningless. Not guilty. Move along, nothing to see here.
