The [expletive-deleted] who abused May-z has taken my daughter and her husband and their nanny to court, taking out restraining orders against all three of them. The nanny is my friend J, who adopted May-z. She made all manner of accusations, from ludicrous right on down to bald-faced lies.
My daughter and her husband are about to get C&C licensed. Her fear is that they will be turned down if the restraining order is given.
First off - I know nothing about restraining orders. Does asking for one automatically get you one? Dunno. However, my daughter's fear is that it will be issued, and they won't be able to get their C&C's.
Anybody know if that's a true statement?
