I agree. Loud music jerks deserve to be dealt with, but not by the use of deadly force.

It just goes to show you that even in Texas you can't go to someone else's house and try to use stand your ground.

The fool guaranteed his own conviction by taking a video camera and filiming the whole thing.

You don't kill anyone over a disagreement even in Texas and I live here. This stand hour ground bs is for bullies.

It works quite well for someone who has a break in at their home. Or should the homeowner be gracious enough to simply allow themselves and their family to be murdered so they can prove they aren't bullies?

IT'S OPEN SEASON ON WHITE PEOPLE! That Hispanic trash shot a white man.

It appears that the only reason the media carried this story was to attack Zimmerman.

Yes, the media only carried the story to bolster some fabricated case against Zimmerman. The two incidents are not at all similar.

Another good example of the abuse of Stand Your Ground Law. While I believe people have the right to own weapons, some people are just too paranoid to be left with weapons. How we are going to correct or address who should or should not own weapons is the real challenge.
