Do not be so closed minded about socialism, it ahs some good components. I am not exactly sure if you are REQUIRED as community organizer to do those thing, any sources stating that Obama has done that?

no, the speaker of the house is just another elected congress person
they are sellected by the majority in the house

I don't think much of it really because it doesn't mean much compared to what will be expected of her on a national level. A community organizer could be the chair person of a bake sale, organizing a parade, or organizing a rally for the local sports team.

"Community organizer" is code for I don't want to bore voters with details.
