That is Comcasts right in a FREE society. You should be allowed to hire & fire whomever you want whenever you want for any reason you want.

Theres nothing in law that says you are required to give a two weeks notice.

Absolutely agree. You're reputation as an employee will hold you accountable just as any dick moves by a business can be easily held against them.
