CNN defense in Nick Sandman trial is that they broadcast opinions, not facts.

Where did CNN (in this case) declare Smirk-Boi to be "a racist"? Got a link?
"(CNN)Let's be absolutely clear about something here: Whatever else may have been said about it or our country's reactions to it, the racist disrespect of Nathan Phillips, a Native American elder, by Nick Sandmann and his MAGA-hat clad classmates of Covington Catholic High School at the Lincoln Memorial is nothing new."

Clown News Network
They’re all good.

I look at it this way. Fake news = made up news, created.
Created News Network
They really will be the "Clown News Network" if that lawsuit don't change their way of reporting the news. Might be some big time reorganizing fixing to go on, and some firing along with it. Someone at the top needs to take a step back, review old footage, see how biased and idiotic it is, and start the house cleaning big time. They have to realize that their activist journalists were using their brand and platform to push their personal agenda's from it.

CNN admits they are fake news. It’s just hilarious!
They are heavily biased news with alot of personal agenda added to top it all off. A volital mix that cost them big finally. Explain that one to the shareholders.

Thanks for including the word "opinion" right in the title. That's one down.

Number two would be that the adjective "racist" modifies the noun "disrespect", in other words describes the action, not the person. It's a bit of a leap to claim to know the root of the kid's motivation, that's impossible without reading his mind. Safer to say he was just being a dick, as 16-year-olds like to do.

The lawsuit win says otherwise.

Just let the old cock strut around thinking that he's won the internets. Lol!

Lawsuits can't "say otherwise". A lawsuit is a claim. It's up to the resolution of the suit to decide the 'otherwise'.

Moreover, this isn't part of a lawsuit. It's a link a poster brought here.
